Hi everyone! The subject of English in the university was something new, because it was very different from what I knew from school. The methods of written test and oral test scare me a little, but I think it is very necessary, here is not about "theory" or english stuff this is about learning to write and have a dialogue which is much more important and it will really serve in the future. About the blogs, I think it's an interesting  experience. I improved my vocabulary and I added more coherence in my written ideas, because it is usually easy to hear english. But different is to write it and write it correct. Hi everyone! The career of Public Administration at the University of Chile is an almost unknown career for the other students of the university. They do not even know where the School of Government is, and it is so small that it goes unnoticed. That is why I would like to change, first, the infrastructure. Maybe not having a modern building like Beauchef, but having something with more space, more comfortable rooms (with more plugs please haha), green areas with benches, a dining room with daily menu where we can all go to sit comfortably for lunch and a large audience. With regard to the latest in terms of the creation of specific rooms such as the auditorium, I would add the expansion of the computer lab. Computers are not that bad really, the problem is quantity, they are very few. When I think about summer and vacations, I see it from almost the middle of January. Maybe it's a short vacation time, but I have to take advantage of it. This is why I would like to go first to my home in Coquimbo, and from there go to the Elqui Valley with my family. It is almost a tradition to go every summer and it is one of the things I most desire now.  There is very relaxing, you can see rivers, hills, trees, do horseback riding, swimming, among many other activities, and in general get relaxed and get tranquility. I also have in mind with my family to go to the South of Chile, to places like Frutillar, the Petrohué Waterfalls, among others. In fact, we have saved throughout the year to be able to go to some of these places and have a good and comfortable vacation. Hey! I have not read for a long time (in fact, since I left school I have not read for fun, I only read things from the university) but I have not forgotten the books that I liked the most in their time. One of them was the Steppenwolf of Hermann Hesse. This was a book with a different theme from what I usually read, and it had a great impact on me. Although it was a book assigned for a school test, it became one of my favorites, reading it out in one day. Another of the books I liked the most was Animal Farm and 1984 by George Orwell, who is my favorite author. I found his narrative very interesting with a strong social criticism and historical review. However, my favorite books are not limited to those two. I loved the saga of The Hunger Games, Wonder and a Monster calls, these last was two of my favorite book themes, a mixture of stories of self-improvement and unconditional not romantic love (I admit that I cried when reading them hahah). Hi everyone!  It is very likely that the elections I make today , maybe I will change in the future, but for what I am interested today is for the environment, because it is one of the most urgent issues at a global level. I know that with the degree of public administrator I will not achieve to perform in those areas one hundred percent, nor give the best of me, because my knowledge is almost null in things like ecology, botany, environmental systems and sciences in general. For that reason, I would like to do a Master degree to develop this environmental area that can be complemented with the knowledge of the career I am currently studying, and thus manage or plan environmental policies at the state level. If I had the opportunity to take this type of postgraduate course in another country, it would be incredible, like Australia or Germany, because in addition to learning about that area, I could acquire knowledge of other cultures and know new places, although of course...

I am currently studying public administration, upon finishing my studies at the University, I would first like to do a master's degree or a postgraduate degree in management, something like the Master's Degree in Environmental Management. I would like to learn to have more skills and more opportunities to find a job that I like. Regarding my future job, in the near future I would like to do pre-practice, and when I graduate in the future I would like job in a place where I can feel stable and calm. I imagine working in some environmental service, planning, managing. I don’t know why but I have preferences for wanting to be in an office with my stuff, but I do not deny that I would like the opportunity to go out on the ground with my work (like an outdoor job). Hey! Honestly for me is hard chose one food, but the one that I like the most is porotos granados, but the porotos granados that my mom prepares haha. The truth is that I have not eaten them for a long time, mainly like when I go to my house in Coquimbo in summer since it is in that season when there are more fresh beans as opposed to winter where they usually resort to buying them frozen. It is very delicious. I do not have much time to cook but I like it a lot. I'm always looking at recipes to innovate and learn. Lately I see several "meal preps" that are recipes where you cook one day and you can freeze for the whole week, it is very useful. I have neglected my diet a lot, it has become frequent for me not to have lunch, but when I do I usually eat junaeb salad menus, I try not to eat fast food and opt for healthy menus, or when I have time I cook something in my apartment. There are many movies that I like, but one of my favorites is called Arrival. I like it a lot because it raises an incredible space-time perspective, where the protagonist (who is played by Amy Adams) can see the future, also deals with topics of quantum physics, theories of language, and everything related to human-alien contact. The truth is that I like this type of films very much, because another of my favorites is Interstellar, so you can see the theme of the universe and the perspectives of the space-time of the directors, it is very amazing for me. Anyway I must admit that my favorite movies in adolescence (and still are) are the three films of High School Musical. Unlike the movies I mentioned earlier where there is tension and suspense, these relax and entertain me in a different way. To be honest, I have been lucky enough to attend the concerts of the artists that I like the most. So, even it’s a hard choice, I need to talk about my last concert in this year of Camila Cabello.  Camila Cabello is a cuban-mexican singer, she was in the group Fifth Harmony and maybe you will know her If I tell you “Havana oh na na” yes, this song is from her!.  I have been a fan of her since 2014 when she was in a group (Fifth Harmony). I have seen her in two concerts:  in 2016, when she still part of the group (in 2017 she came a solist) and this year in Lollapalooza.  But the last one that I want to talk about was a concert of her tour Never be the Same that was on October 18 (it’s so recently). At first, I was not going to go, in fact I bought the ticket only two days before the concert, and thank goodness I did, because I would have missed an incredible concert. Hi everybody! I think that all of us want to know a new country, in my case, I would like go to the scandinavian country called Norway. I always see photos about the country,  I know It is a land characterized by nature with big forests, majestic mountains and the magnificent Aurora borealis. For me, looks like a lovely place, and other important reason is that there are a lot of laws that protect current citizen needs, friendly people and in general there is lot to offer.  Norway looks like a really nice place to live, but not forever. So if I travel there, I would like to work a few months if I can do that with me career obviously (I hope it hahaha) specifically in the capital of the country: Oslo. And If I can’t work there, I would travel in holidays and discover the natural places and all the amazing things that I have seen on the internet!

Hi everyone! As we all know, putting information about ourselves can be fun but at the same time a bit dangerous. We can share a lot of information that can perjudicate us. So, in my opinion it’s not safe to give a lot of our personal information because can be used for bad practices again us, like the famous case in United States where people use personal information to manipulate the propaganda and besides finally guide the result of votes. But finally, not share information nowadays it’s almost impossible. Everyone (including our grannys haha) have one social media like Facebook or Twitter. The university pages, restaurants, the news, and a lot of things are on this type of websites, so, access to the information requires have one social media too. So, the limit for me is just put general information about us, like our name, maybe our age and city.
